Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Please note: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.
  • Jewellery must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please note, return costs are to be covered by the customer unless the jewellery is damaged or faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email mollyisabelj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship your item securely. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if you receive a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mollyisabelj@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
