Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love it. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.
- Jewellery must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Please note, return costs are to be covered by the customer unless the jewellery is damaged or faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email mollyisabelj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship your item securely. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We’re truly sorry if you receive a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mollyisabelj@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
